wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>SI <b>HAY EVIDENCIA ARQUEOL\u00d3GICA<\/b>: En este caso se hace efectivo el Reglamento de Intervenciones Arqueol\u00f3gicas, dejando sin efecto su equivalencia al CIRAS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Si <b>NO HAY<\/b> restos arqueol\u00f3gicos es una alternativa al CIRAS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h2><b>RAZ\u00d3N 1 EL TIEMPO DE EJECUCI\u00d3N DEL DAS<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Al ejecutar el DAS, el tiempo para el inicio se reduce a un plazo de d\u00edas para avisar al Ministerio de Cultura, cambiando la espera de largos tr\u00e1mites ADMINISTRATIVOS.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Destaquemos la palabra AVISO o COMUNICAR para la siguiente clave.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h2><b>RAZ\u00d3N 2 EL SISTEMA DE GESTI\u00d3N SIMPLE DEL DAS<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Al ejecutar el DAS los procedimientos como PERMISOS se simplifican, generando que para la aplicaci\u00f3n del Diagn\u00f3stico Arqueol\u00f3gico en Superficie (DAS) no sea necesaria conseguir una autorizaci\u00f3n departe del Ministerio de Cultura.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h2><b>RAZ\u00d3N 3 PROCEDIMIENTO EFICAZ DEL DAS<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Una vez registrado el DAS por la plataforma dedicada al mismo, o bien sea por Mesa de partes de la dependencia en jurisdicci\u00f3n del Diagn\u00f3stico Arqueol\u00f3gico en Superficie DAS, este obtendr\u00e1 una respuesta en un plazo no mayor de 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/ruwark.com\/\"><b>Un consejo<\/b>, al momento de presentar el DAS la oficina de catastro, deber\u00e1 aprobar el sometimiento de los DATOS A INGRESAR, siendo los formatos como el LAS y LIDAR necesarios para expedir la
