Si el hallazgo corresponde a <strong>Categor\u00eda A<\/strong> (alto potencial), el \u00e1rea tiene restricciones mayores conforme al DS 004-2025-MC.<\/p>\n\n                <div class=\"ruwark-alert-box\">\n                    <span class=\"alert-title\">\u26a0\ufe0f Importante<\/span>\n                    <span class=\"alert-text\">No intentes ocultar, mover o destruir evidencia arqueol\u00f3gica antes de la inspecci\u00f3n. Coordinaci\u00f3n de la inspecci\u00f3n: aspectos pr\u00e1cticos<\/h2>\n                <p>La coordinaci\u00f3n es un aspecto que muchos solicitantes subestiman. Estas son las claves para que la log\u00edstica de la inspecci\u00f3n ocular CIRAS no se convierta en un problema:<\/p>\n\n                <div class=\"ruwark-tip-box\">\n                    <span class=\"tip-title\">\ud83d\udcf1 Contacto obligatorio<\/span>\n                    <span class=\"tip-text\">El formulario de solicitud CIRAS exige expresamente un <strong>n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico de contacto y persona a contactar<\/strong> \u00abcon el objeto de coordinar la inspecci\u00f3n ocular\u00bb. Si este dato es incorrecto o la persona no est\u00e1 disponible, el equipo del Ministerio no podr\u00e1 programar la visita.<\/span>\n                <\/div>\n\n                <div class=\"ruwark-success-box\">\n                    <span class=\"success-title\">\u2705 Acceso garantizado<\/span>\n                    <span class=\"success-text\">Asegura que el terreno est\u00e9 accesible el d\u00eda de la inspecci\u00f3n. Si es un predio privado, coordina con el propietario o tenedor. Si hay restricciones de ingreso (portones, vigilancia, comunidades), gestiona los permisos con anticipaci\u00f3n.<\/span>\n                <\/div>\n\n                <div class=\"ruwark-tip-box\">\n                    <span class=\"tip-title\">\ud83d\uddfa\ufe0f Georreferenciaci\u00f3n en campo<\/span>\n                    <span class=\"tip-text\">La correcta localizaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea a certificar se realiza durante la inspecci\u00f3n ocular (Secci\u00f3n 6.3.b Gu\u00eda CIRAS). Las im\u00e1genes satelitales solo son referenciales. Si los v\u00e9rtices de tu plano no se pueden identificar en campo, tendr\u00e1s observaciones.<\/span>\n                <\/div>\n\n                <div class=\"ruwark-alert-box\">\n                    <span class=\"alert-title\">\u26a0\ufe0f Condiciones clim\u00e1ticas<\/span>\n                    <span class=\"alert-text\">En zonas de sierra o selva, las lluvias pueden impedir el acceso. Si el equipo del Ministerio no puede llegar al terreno, la inspecci\u00f3n se reprograma y el plazo de calificaci\u00f3n se extiende. Errores que arruinan tu inspecci\u00f3n ocular CIRAS<\/h2>\n                <p>En nuestra experiencia gestionando tr\u00e1mites CIRAS, estos son los errores m\u00e1s frecuentes que generan observaciones o demoras durante la inspecci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n                <div class=\"ruwark-step\">\n                    <div class=\"step-num\">1<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"step-body\">\n                        <span class=\"step-name\">Coordenadas del plano no coinciden con el terreno<\/span>\n                        <p>El error m\u00e1s grave. Si el pol\u00edgono del <a href=\"https:\/\/ruwark.com\/blog\/plano-perimetrico-ciras-errores\/\">plano perim\u00e9trico<\/a> no coincide con los l\u00edmites reales del terreno, la inspecci\u00f3n genera observaciones inmediatas. La congruencia entre cuadro t\u00e9cnico y representaci\u00f3n gr\u00e1fica se verifica directamente en campo.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"ruwark-step\">\n                    <div class=\"step-num\">2<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"step-body\">\n                        <span class=\"step-name\">Persona de contacto no disponible<\/span>\n                        <p>Si el Ministerio llama al n\u00famero registrado y nadie contesta, la inspecci\u00f3n no se programa. Esto puede alargar tu tr\u00e1mite semanas y afectar el <a href=\"https:\/\/ruwark.com\/blog\/plazo-ciras-cuanto-demora\/\">plazo de emisi\u00f3n del CIRAS<\/a>.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"ruwark-step\">\n                    <div class=\"step-num\">3<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"step-body\">\n                        <span class=\"step-name\">Acceso parcial al \u00e1rea solicitada<\/span>\n                        <p>Si el inspector no puede recorrer el 100% del pol\u00edgono (por cercos, construcciones, terrenos de terceros sin permiso), no puede emitir un informe completo.
