El art\u00edculo 27.15 especifica dos tipos:<\/p>\n\n                <h3 class=\"ruwark-subsection-title\">Plano perim\u00e9trico (obligatorio)<\/h3>\n                <ul>\n                    <li>Formato <strong>.dwg y\/o .shp<\/strong> (archivo digital editable).<\/li>\n                    <li>Georreferenciado en <strong>UTM con Datum WGS 84<\/strong>.<\/li>\n                    <li>Con escalas, membrete, cuadro de datos t\u00e9cnicos y coordenadas de v\u00e9rtices.<\/li>\n                    <li>Suscrito por profesional competente (ingeniero o top\u00f3grafo colegiado).<\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n\n                <h3 class=\"ruwark-subsection-title\">Plano de obras programadas (condicional)<\/h3>\n                <p>Se requiere <strong>solo si<\/strong> el proyecto es colindante, tiene cruce a\u00e9reo o pasa por subsuelo de un <strong>Bien Integrante del Patrimonio Cultural de la Naci\u00f3n (BIP)<\/strong>.
